SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipment processing time

As a made-to-order company, we committed to starting working on your garment the next day after the order placed. All orders are processed and shipped out within 8-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SESSTRY ships worldwide, except some countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with the destination country.

ATTENTION: FREE Standard Shipping across the EU for all orders over €100 and for orders over €250 for other countries.  

Please add a comment on checkout regarding delivery specific if you prefer your package to be left near the front door or you have any other delivery directives. Please notice that by default we deliver with signature required by the shipping provider. 

2. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes SESSTRY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SESSTRY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

3. Changes and Returns Policy

  • Changes: if you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size, length or color), we’d be happy to help you in 3 working days after your order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, please contact hello@sesstry.com with your order number and change requested.

  • Cancellations: if you have changed your mind and want to cancel the order or part of the order, please contact us hello@sesstry.com with your order number and your request within 48 hours after your order has been placed. As a made-to-order company, unfortunately, we will not be able to process cancellation after 2 working days and have to apply Returns policy to this order.

  • Returns: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit (digital gift card) within 14 days of receiving your package. We do not offer money refunds. To request a return, please email hello@sesstry.com with your order number, and we will help you.

    Please ensure returned items are unworn and in original (new) condition, or additional charges may impact your refund amount.

    Please note that SESSTRY doesn’t cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a delivery service with the tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
